Miss Veedol

Last spring, students from the Orchard Middle School After School Program made a float for the Apple Blossom Youth Parade. One of the objects on the float was a replica of Miss Veedol. Miss Veedol was splendid in the sun with lots of orange glitter. After the parade, students couldn't bear to destroy their hard work. So, they asked some folks at the East Wenatchee City Hall if they could put Miss Veedol to use. Not long after, Miss Veedol found her second home tall atop the Christmas Tree in the Wenatchee Valley Mall. Santa said that all the little kids are very interested in the glittering tree topper. Orchard students are proud to have their project on display for all to see.

DataDirector Online Testing

MSP Test Tools Demo

Students grades 3-8 can learn about the online MSP test-taking tools! On January 20th, the Flash-based web demo for the online MSP state assessment was launched for anyone to review. Demos can be accessed from any computer with Internet access. The Demos are designed to provide students grades 3-8 and parents the opportunity to become familiar with the online testing environment. Students participating in online testing practice with these features before the April 25 - June 1 test administration window.

North Central Regional library system will post a link on the desktop of every public access computer within the library system.
